Orders & processing time:
After placing your order it will be shipped within 5 business days depending on their availability. In case running out of stock it will be produced individually within 10 business days and then send out.
Returns & exchanges:
Our return policy lasts 14 days after receiving the order. In order to return or exchange, the goods must remain in their original state and the items were not in use. All tags should be on an item should be in the same package.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Accessories
Please reach out to info@frbtk.com to return or exchange the goods. Send all details and reasons for your return or exchange including photos from different sides to confirm item state and quality. Delivery back should be only in hard packing paper shipping box.
Please note: Refund or exchange will be processed 2 weeks after receiving the item back. All deliveries are made at the customer’s expense. Any taxes paid are not refundable.
Payment:
We’re working with the payment system Fondy. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We process payments by credit and debit card, we provide payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Privat Pay, and actively working to add more ways to process payments easier. Delivery:
Our delivery is worldwide and all our shipments are free of charge. All orders are shipped from Ukraine and carried out by Nova Poshta Global, DHL, or UPS.
Delivery time depends on destination, but most of the time it’s within 10 business days. Once your order was shipped you should receive an email with the tracking number of your order. We’re not performing shipments to temporary occupied regions or places where is active war.
Taxes and duties:
Taxes and any import duties are not included in the price at checkout as we’re not responsible for the destination country’s rules and laws. Please check this out with your Country’s customs office to determine these costs.
